No. Coaching is forward-focused, practical support to help you build habits. We can signpost if therapy or medical input is more suitable.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can self-refer. If you’re on medication or considering HRT, we encourage you to speak with your GP and we’ll work alongside their advice.
How soon will I notice changes?
Most clients feel more clarity and control after the assessment. Tangible results build over 4–8 weeks with consistent, achievable actions.
Can I combine coaching with treatments?
